Step Into the Rhythm of Life – Dance School by Fabris

In Pula, at Facchinettijeva 15A, you’ll find the Dance School by Fabris Radin — a home of Latin and ballroom dances, a place where rhythm, movement and community gain new meaning. The school is led and founded by Fabris Radin, a man shaped by dance for the past 25 years.

Who is Fabris?

Fabris is a trained dance pedagogue for Standard, Latin American and Caribbean dances. He holds a diploma as a music-based fitness trainer, and he is also an international judge for Caribbean dances and contemporary dance.

He is the long-time organizer of the Salsa Latina Istriana festival, one of the most recognizable dance events in the region.

Fabris also performs as a DJ of Latin, jazz, lounge, house and dance music, and organizes dance evenings, workshops and social events — blending dance, music and community.

The Dance School:

The Dance School by Fabris Radin offers a variety of dance programs: salsa, bachata, kizomba, ballroom dances, the recreational program “Salsa Jam”, and classes for all ages and levels — beginners, advanced dancers and 60+.

This school is more than steps; it is a place of connection, music, energy and togetherness. Many come to dance, have fun, meet people and “feel the rhythm of life”. Fabris creates an atmosphere where all of that becomes possible.

Festival, community, dance:

Through festivals and dance events, Fabris and his team build not just a dance school, but a community. They often emphasize that dance is not only movement — it is a way of life, a path to relaxation, happiness and genuine connection.

For many, it is socializing, an escape from routine, “therapy in motion” — a place to open up, enjoy, meet others and truly connect.

Katja Restović about Fabris:

“Fabris has been my assistant for many years,” says director Katja Restović, “working with me on music videos, film shoots and projects within the Istria Casting Fashion Department. Being with him on set feels like a holiday — he is responsible, charismatic, creative and fun. I love working and spending time with him; it never feels like work, more like having coffee with a friend.

I love when the job has that kind of vibe — relaxed and joyful — because that’s when the results are the best and most creative.

We first met years ago on the set of a Vesna Pisarović music video, and later reconnected when I decided to learn kizomba — and since then, we haven’t parted ways.

Besides being an excellent choreographer and dancer, Fabris is a wonderful person. Whatever he does, he excels at it. I’m proud of him.”
